Contact form data are stored for as long as they remain relevant ie. until the matter is dealt with, or until deleted or archived in line with our standard practices.
If you participate in any survey or similar communication carried out on our website, we collect the data you have entered in the questionnaire. You are under no obligation to take part in the survey, or to submit any particular information as part of it, as this is entirely optional. No personally identifiable information is collected, unless you choose to submit such information voluntarily (eg. by including your name and contact details as part of your response). Survey data are stored in our system for up to three months.
