Leadership (Krouse and Posner) – I’ve had the privilege to meet and work with some incredible leaders and, unfortunately, a few dreadful ones, too. Any transformation/change initiative will require one or more individual(s) who display(s) Inspirational leadership. A large amount of transformation/change initiatives require changes to processes and procedures and hence be governed by leaders with Informational/Managerial skills. However, far too often, transformation/change initiatives are thwarted by Intimidatory Leadership – both overt and passive.
